Easter: Emmaus Walk                                           

The early followers of Jesus struggled with this mystery:
"How could the unseen Jesus be present?"

We need to arrive at an answer to this question on our "walk and talk."
Take a walk with a partner. (We walked around the block.)

Discuss the following:

As you look back on your life, share an experience with your partner
when you felt the presence of Jesus very strongly
and/or
When you felt abandoned by Jesus.
Why did you feel this way?

Share with one another a favorite Gospel story or stories.

Anything happen the last few weeks when you felt the presence of God
with you, helping you? Discuss it with one another.

Be prepared to discuss the ways you experienced the presence of Jesus on this walk. How did you "see" or "feel" Jesus? Ex. The sun, the wind, your partner etc.
